My original backpack started to tear near the section for the water bottles and they quickly offered to replace my bag free of charge. I love the new replacement and even bought water bottle because they were so kind. I look forward to seeing their new items in the future!

I thought this bag may be too small as I like to carry my court shoes in there. As well but it has plenty of room. I love all the pockets. So well thought out! I’m ordering a second one!
